1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DrillRoster, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Intended Use

DrillRoster is intended for use by schools, school districts, and authorized school personnel. Accounts are tenant-scoped and must not be shared outside the authorized organization.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the system only for legitimate school purposes
• Protect login credentials
• Maintain accurate roster information
• Comply with applicable laws and school policies
• Schools remain responsible for establishing and maintaining emergency response procedures

4. Data Accuracy

DrillRoster relies on data provided by schools. We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete or outdated roster data.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Emergency systems should always have offline backup procedures.

6. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to access other tenants’ data
• Reverse engineering the platform
• Using the system for non-school purposes
• Circumventing security controls

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or security concerns.

8. Disclaimer

DrillRoster is provided “as is.” While designed for emergency use, it does not replace required school safety procedures. DrillRoster does not assume responsibility for on-site emergency decision-making or compliance with local, state, or federal safety regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrillRoster shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from system use. In no event shall DrillRoster’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
